The cut is widened rather than simply stretched, which is the difference between a sock that fits a thick thigh and one that fits tightly for an hour and then gives up. Roughly 35 inches long before stretch, reaching 42.
A matching belt ships with the pair and clips to the top. Acrylic knit has no silicone in it, so on a long day the belt is what stops the slow slide down. If it is missing from your parcel, say so and we will get one sent.
