Worth writing about
- A price on a card that no longer matches the listing.
- A link that goes nowhere, or lands on a different garment than the card shows.
- A piece filed in the wrong section, or a size table that does not match what the listing says.
- A Moon Wood piece that exists and is not in the catalog.
- Anything on the site that reads as if it were written by a machine that has never worn hosiery.
What we cannot do
- Find, change or cancel an order. We never see one. That is between you and the retailer whose page you bought from.
- Handle a return, a refund or a delivery problem, for the same reason.
- Speak for Moon Wood. We are not the brand and have no line to it.
- Tell you your size over email. We would be guessing, and the fit finder guesses less.
