A nylon and spandex blend knitted to a wool like thickness. The warmth is synthetic pile rather than fleece off a sheep, which is worth knowing if wool is what you were after.
Adjustable from 6.49 to 9.48 inches with silver clips, supplied free with the pair. Worth noting if you were otherwise going to buy the standalone belt in the range.
