20.9 inches at XL through 21.7 at 3XL. That is the full garment from shoulder to hem on a romper, so the leg opening sits high. Worth picturing before you order.
The shoulder straps are adjustable. The waist and hip are fixed garment measurements with no elastic in them, so the strap is the only thing you can tune.
We pleat the chest, which adds room across the bust on a bib style front where there is otherwise none.
Black, lake blue, army green, navy blue and rust. Gentle machine or hand wash in cold water, line dry, low iron.
