We do not grade this one to a chart. It is made as one size, which means it is knitted to stretch rather than cut to a figure. If you are at either end of the usual range, read the returns terms before ordering.
Two at the front, two at the sides and two at the back is the usual arrangement for six. More attachment points spread the pull, which matters with a heavier stocking top.
The belt fastens through eyelets rather than a fixed band, so the waist can be taken in within each of the three sizes.
The front panel combines lace with mesh. That is the visual difference from the plain high waist belt also in this section, which runs mesh throughout.
L/XL, 2XL/3XL and 4XL/5XL, and we have not graded this one to a waist measurement. The plain high waist belt in the range uses the same three steps and does carry inches, which is the closest reference we can point you at.
