The name comes from the larger sizes. The chart prints 18.1 at XL, 18.5 at 2XL and 18.9 at 3XL, and the chart is the number to trust for the size you are actually ordering.
The skirt and the built in shorts each carry pockets, which is where the count of four comes from. That is the whole point of the two in one construction.
We made this one for teachers, nurses and school bus drivers. That is what the knee length is about, rather than the shorter tennis cut we also make.
Navy blue and black are the darks. White, light blue, primrose yellow, rose and light green make up the rest. The fabric is not see through, which is the only reason we will sell a skort in primrose yellow.
