The chart gives 32.2 to 48.4 inches on the XL row, 34.6 to 51.9 at 2XL and 37 to 55.5 at 3XL. Those spans are unusually wide, which is what an elastic waistband with no closure buys you.
29.5 inches at XL, 29.9 at 2XL, 30.3 at 3XL. Under half an inch per step, so the hem lands in about the same place on the leg whichever size you take.
Two side pockets set into the pleating, cut deep enough for a phone or keys. On a pleated skirt they are easy to miss on the hanger.
