A wide elastic waistband with a drawstring through it, so it can be pulled in past where the elastic alone would hold. Useful on a skirt with a 63 inch hip measurement, which is a lot of fabric to keep up.
Ninety five percent polyester with five percent spandex, and the plain colours carry a breathable lining. The prints do not, which is worth knowing if you are buying a pale one.
