33.9 to 48.8 inches at XL alone, the widest single size band of any skirt here. It is worth pausing on. A garment covering both ends of that range is relying entirely on stretch, and it will sit very differently at each end.
40.9 at the hip with no range at all. The elasticity is in the waistband; the flare below it is cut to one size per step.
The inner shorts are made in a similar shade rather than plain black. At 18.9 inches that matters, because they show during movement.
