Only one skirt in the range costs less, and that one has neither a lining nor pockets.
Four skirts here are sold in a single colour and this is one of them. Elsewhere in the section four and five colourways are normal.
The chart gives a flat waist figure and then a stretch range beside it. XL sits at 33.1 flat and opens to 37.8. Read the second number as the ceiling, not the fit.
The lining is what makes chiffon wearable at this length. We name it here, which is more than we manage on several of the other tiered maxis.
