49.9 at the hip against 54.6 on the wide leg pair in the range at the same nominal size. Nearly five inches, which makes the difference measurable rather than a styling word.
Reinforced button fastening gives fixed positions instead of continuous adjustment, so the bib height moves in steps.
We chose the weave deliberately. On a plain dark garment the texture is what stops it reading as workwear.
