Bust, waist, sleeve length and length against US size. Six pieces in the range are graded to a sleeve figure and this is one of them. At 20.1 inches on XL the sleeve is genuinely three quarter rather than short.
XL reads 39.4 to 47.2 inches. That is an eight inch spread, which tells you the dress is not fitted at the middle and is meant to be belted or left loose.
We say 1X to 5X, and the chart we print only covers XL through 3XL. That is our inconsistency, not yours. If you are at the top of that range, write to us before ordering rather than guessing.
